Well, aside from the fact that the easter marks the end of the lent season, it is a big day for most of us in this country. It is a reminder that God loves us so much that He sent His only son Jesus. For Him to die on the cross is a big thing! And that God was trying to find a way to bridge the gap between God and men, as separated by the original sin.
It should remind us that God thought of us above all. Thank God for His enduring love for us all.
